Why my response is only come from AMS server?
I uploaded my site on cloudflare pages but when I go to /cdn-cgi/trace I always get the AMS in colo and also site take 600ms-1sec to load

I'm 99% sure Pages are served from most CF locations, so this just means that your ISP's peering isn't taking the best route to get to Cloudflare.
If you're not in Amsterdam but connections to Cloudflare are routed through AMS - this isn't something Cloudflare can fix, because it's your ISP doing the routing.
I try with other internet providers but the issue is still same

Nope it show the closest server
This is the server I expect in my own website also but I get the response from AMS always

Can you visit this website, do you see variations in the PoP based on Free vs Pro vs Business?
Routing can vary based on where you are and the plan of the Cloudflare zone, so if this site shows that routing to certain free sites are going through AMS and it gets better with Pro or Business plans, that'll be your issue - your local PoP is just not advertising the IP range associated with free zones.

OP confirmed this is what's happening - confirmed upgrading is the only way to optimize the routing.
