Internet banking users 300 / 600 errors

I work for a FI where the recent update with cloud flare is causing multiple members to not have access to internet banking and mobile banking. Sometimes the error populates other times it just reroutes them back to sign in. We keep opening tickets through our vendor that ask for the Ray IDs but to no avail. I am trying to get some insight how we can work to correct this.

1. Do you have a ticket open with us? If so, what's the ticket ID 2. What's the error? Looping back to signin usually indicates something else going on rather than an issue at Cloudflare

Our vendor has a few tickers open with cloud flare where they request the Ray ID. I do not have it. I am just trying to do whatever I can to see how widespread the issue is. Our IB vendor def loops us back to cloud fare the members receive 300 and 600 errors we follow the guide that’s on the cloud flare troubleshooting page but they still can’t get through. We’ve captured HAR files which is kind of difficult to do for general public because it is kind of technical. Sometimes the 300 or 600 error populates but then it sometimes just loops back to a login but any member that gets looped back has seen a 300 or 600 error at some point or another. Either way they can’t get in. The issue lies with members that are older disabled etc. they do not have the technical aptitude to work through it. So we are kind of grasping at straws what to do. We do not want to go back to captcha because that’s not industry standard. Sorry for the spam postings.
