How are you supposed to condition every day when *I’ve heard* water damages your hair
My friend got the advice earlier to condition daily but I’ve heard they water can damage your hair? Is this true and if so how do you avoid that (or does the conditioner just cancel it out?) we have pretty soft water where I live (3 DH) if that makes a difference

Is hydration destroying your hair? The REAL science
Is water good or bad for hair? There are lots of "hydrating" hair products out there… but lots of hair experts say that water is actually BAD for hair. Let's look at the scientific evidence and work out what's really going on with hair and hydration, with a little detour into porosity and coconut oil.

I don't know where this water is bad for your hair stuff came from, but as someone who has intensely bleach damaged hair, I'm going to say you'll be fine conditioning your hair.
If you can do anything about the hair softness with a filter, you should do it
Thank you
Will watch it
As someone who recently figured out that their hair is actually curly and had to (re/un)learn a lot of things on their own, be warned that there is so much hair-related bullshit on the internet
