Error loading/opening Valorant

At first, I opened Valorant just to play a bit, and it took too long to load. I restarted my pc, checked and updated my pc, and did a bunch of other stuff like running Valorant as an administrator which didn't work since somehow I don't have permission. Still nothing. I deleted and redownloaded from the website and it got worse by not even opening and showing me this (picture). I just wanna play Valorant 😦
