Hi, thanks for getting in touch. The extension can correctly identify and capture the JNLP file which is a good starting point.
so how do we get it working
That the "Start application" does not do anything for you is very surprising. These are the next steps:
1. Can you share the JNLP with us?
2. Can you open the Developer Tools of the browser and check for any message in the console?
From a quick local test I think clicking start should correctly start the download of JAR files, does that happen for you?
dev tools
clicking start does nothing
clicking download file gi ves this
Can you share the HAR file with us? You can follow this guide: https://cheerpj.com/docs/guides/cheerpj-debug#extracting-a-har-file

Please make sure to have the developer tools open before clicking start
@Panini FYI
Ok, I think the problem is clear. There is a limitation of Chrome that prevents the extension from reading the downloaded file, we can only read the URL. Most servers allows the URL to be downloaded again, but this server does not. We do have some ideas on how to improve the situation in the future, but it's not something that we can fix for you right now.
ok
so then how do i cancel ths subscription?
From the screenshot I can see you are using the trial, there is no need to do anything, the trial will expire automatically
i have an email that says i will be billed next month tho
Unless you have added your card information, that is simply impossible. From the same email you can also cancel the subscription yourself in any case
oh i found it
once you get it working from a read file i guess let me know ill reinstall the ext.
thanks for trying tho
We will, thanks for your patience.
