Probably a bug
When attempting to add a record through the interface and link it to other tables, by using the "link" functionality, it consistently retrieves data from the "main" branch, regardless of the branch I am currently in.

I'm encountering a similar error. Working in my
dev branch, I click the (link) field and I get the wrong input component loaded:
This is prohibiting me from adding any records with joins, so effectively stopping all data input via the GUI.
It's adding end editing, yeah. Mods, please have a look.

Ok, I was able to recreate the linking behaviour issue in my own environment, @ghqpio . I'll bring this to the attention of the team and they'll get working on a fix.
@daz.dev , could you please enable support access to your database so I can take a look at your schema and check this behaviour? If it is already toggled on please turn it on and off again (this resends an invite on my end).
