I only have this issue with 1 account, i can login to my main and 2 other alts but not this account

as i said it's only with a specific account, he can login to main, 2 alts, and i can also login to this specific account
… then I guess you’ll need to create a ticket to riot, if it’s only an issue with this particular account

When writing ticket login in with the account you’re having trouble with
Yes i will
Change secure boot mode to custom
Then click restore factory keys
It might ask u to exit without saving when doing this, click no for it
Save and exit the bios

Secure boot and tpm restrictions are account based
The other accounts might get the restriction eventually aswell
