5 Minute Bans

Hey; I got a 5 minute ban about 15 mins ago and im confused why. I had a friend with the same problem not too long ago and neither of us could see what gave the ban. My friend got about 3 of them tho, i only have 1 as im not going to play until i can make sure ive fixed this. The ban was for unauthorized use of third party software. Obviously this bothers me as i cant finish the matches, dont receive nor lose rr, etc I dont see what apps i had open could be the result of this. It obviously isnt a full on cheat ban, as im sure that would be a permanenet hwid ban and not just a little 5 minute one, ill try attatch a screenshot of the little arrow showing active proccesses. Most of them should be obvious. I had a, what i believed was trusted. optimization program that changes settings fast and easy and optomizes games and the pc. ive uninstalled it after the ban tho. Ive had this installed for ages and i dont see why it would only make an affect now, after having used it for well over a year. it also doesnt actually change the game, apart from the files to change e.g. graphic settings, other than that its just windows settings.
