Structural Solutions Broken In Multiplayer
Me and a Friend have been playing a modded world for quite a while. Recently Structural Solutions broke for us both in our world and any new ones we try and create. We can load the game fine with it solo but if someone tries to join the server or connect to the dedicated one it just kicks us back to the main menu until we disable the mod entirely.

You can try but I doubt that will solve the problem. The only known fix for this problem is to reduce the number of mods being used. You'll have to choose which ones you really want to use and disable the rest. 😢

Can you please give me the client crash log after you try to join the server.

We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced in #help-using-mods. This ensures that your help request won't get buried and forgotten in other, non-help channels!
If you need to access older log files, see https://docs.ficsit.app/satisfactory-modding/latest/faq.html#Files_Logs
Yes I will in abit driving home
This time it fully crashed my game but normally it kicks us back to menu:

Something is causing the replication reliable buffer of
[UActorChannel] Actor: FGConveyorChainSubsystem /Game/FactoryGame/Map/GameLevel01/Persistent_Level.Persistent_Level:PersistentLevel.ConveyorChainSubsystem
to be overburdened! The limit is 8 but there were 296 items.
This crash tends to happen when joining a multiplayer game with a lot of content. Try removing mods that introduce lots of recipes or schematics (HUB/MAM/shop unlocks) or Mod Savegame Settings. It can sometimes take a while, ex. a certain number of buildings placed or schematics to be unlocked, for the problem to actually appear. FICSMAS recently added a lot more schematics which can make the problem threshold easier to hit. The SML team is trying to find a long-term fix but it's a very complex issue to solve.

Would Disabling Seasonal Events / Fixmas help or no as it still has to load I'm assuming?

Yeah it didn't but that's okay we disabled one cosmetic mod and it works now
Glad it's nothing broken because we love the SS Mod
Also it was all of our factory walls and foundations 😂
