I am hosting it through a provider
Then uh
You don’t need a .bat file
Afaik ptero isn’t compatible with windows
Which means they are running this server on Linux
.bat is a windows script extension
Tl;dr you don’t need it and your panel should have a simple startup script that runs when you click the start button

At the end of the startup script you will see -jar <server jar name>
