What haircut would work here?

Not a man but I hope I am still allowed to post for a friend of mine who is allergic to discord lmao.
He's looking to keep long hair but it's grown a bit unkempt according to him (idk anything abt hair). Not opposed to typicall feminine cuts, censored face but face shape is roughly that. No idea what haircuts are called either?

I'd try bumping that up to shampooing every 3 days instead and and conditioner every day if he isn't already.

conditioning every wash (and co-washing on in-between wash days), a brush that's made with a mix of natural & synthetic fibers (i prefer boar bristle), and a gentle hair drying routine will go a long way at this stage

Ok sounds like his scalp just produces more oil than average. I’d say have him keep doing shampoo every other day but to start with conditioning every day as well as the other suggestions carrion suggested. I’d say he should make those changes then after a few weeks re-assess.

Wrapping his hair instead of rubbing with a towel or using a diffuser or hairdryer with a diffuser attachment
