Legion go with egpu
Hi guys , I install bazzite on my legion go as a second boot and I have Onexgpu that works in windows. However it seems the bazzite doesn't utilizing the power of egpu...is there any thing that I missed to make egpu work in bazzite?

If you're booting into game mode you should have an external display connected.

Problem is, it's janky and currently desktop mode is broken for me on my iGPU
I don't know if I can 100% recommend this as a setup

switcherooctl launch %commmand% 1I'm pretty sure past this point if you shutdown, replug the eGPU and turn the legion go on game mode should start on the GPU

Hey @Valerie , Is it possible to use egpu without external monitor?
I have a black screen at the moment of loading or when switching to game mode. Shows fps gui(0-1 fps) and crashes to desktop.
Tried different boot parameters and all-ways-egpu.
I only use mine with external displays so I wouldn't know, sorry
no, the gpu will not fully turn on without a monitor attached to it (one it can visibly see)
I'm able to use a GPD G1 over thunderbolt without an external monitor if I hot plug in game mode.
I don't use all ways egpu for that, just default install. That said if I need to use an external monitor I will enable all ways egpu. Not sure if those data points are helpful OP
I just downloaded Bazzite and have the G1 also! What games are running well for you? Elden Ring & Valheim work really well just hot-plugging but BG3 crashes like after a couple minutes
Haha had the exact same issue. Add pci=nommconf to your kernel arguments
It's caused by the G1. It was crashing in bg3 and a few other random games
