startups -we receive the credits but not sure how to get started, anyone can help?

we received the credits but in the email is not clear how to get started

Hey. What do you mean? You mean how to use the credits? You can only see the credits on an invoice. So once you buy something you see 2 things: #1 the invoice shows what it would have cost and then marks that product or service down to $0 #2 at the top of each invoice you will see the remaining balance of credits

i have a few questions, so if we receive the email the credits are already applied to an account? do we have to create an account with the same email as credits where given or there is code that we can use in our existing cloudflare account? email is very clear regarding this

the credits are already applied to the account you used in the application form, you don't have to create another account, and there's no code you can use the credits right away If you send me your domain or account id, I can check if the credits were applied to that account

Your credits were applied to the account of the domain that you used in the application form. And according to the system, you're already using those credits you don't need to create a new account

ok but still a little confused can u confirm that's the id or is another one? how can i see in the dashboard if credits are applied ? accound id: 920b1a6e159cf77dab28969103a4765b account id: 4db4bfe5027f2feaea708750c8bc7cff it's one of thease? sorry for many quesitons but is hard to know in the dashboard

I don't remember we have multiple domains, can u check? Above u confirmed we had credits applied and we have the account id

Email uses was [email protected], that one of our domains, but we use worker ai and other stuff that's not directly associated with a domain @Vero any news? We are worried that credits were given but we are still paying
