Collar down, but anything after that is complete personal preference
Collar down and unbuttoned unless it's cold. And if buttoned, not all the way to the very top.
you’re allowed to wear collar up just believe in the me that believes in you
Collar popped with a light scarf is a good look on outerwear. Buttoning the top button is an option but not one I’d take.
