@jidat ^ :ChillBar_pray:
Just got the same bsod
I might be cooked
We need the devs to clutch up on this one
Last month I used to get memory management bsod, I thought my newly bought memory was cooked, but it was just some valorant bug causing it💀
Memory integrity
@ItsGamerDoc another one
@Requiem could you send me the latest file you have in C:\Windows\Minidump
if theres no file with the same time as when you crashed, then check C:\Windows for a file called MEMORY (DOT) DMP
whats your CPU @Requiem
I can send you the information that is the same across all my crashes tho:
so its not us?
the instruction that crashed the kernel belongs to your module so no
to get actual useful information i would need to force the crash again, also after the crash occurred and vgk was unloaded there was some DPC, worker thread or ISR still active attempting to execute instructions in vgk.sys
reminder
oic the problem
What is the problem :val_HelloBro:
its a unfixable problem
it only happens when you unload vgk
Even a windows reinstall and deleting vanguard to the registry level won't work? :val_HeyApple:
Then reinstalling evrything ofc
thats overkill
just dont move your mouse during vanguard install period
Can i press keys on the keyboards?
Yeh
when its updating just let it sit for about 30-40 sec, as a safety precaution
It's definitely fixable
they have to find the faulting thread trying to access instructions in vgk's virtual address space after vgk is unloaded
