Hard time contacting Galileo team
I’ve been trying to contact my Galileo project manager and the team in general for months but their responses are super slow. I have a very urgent issue now which requires a specific product be enabled but the last time my project manager replied was in October despite multiple replies to the support ticket. How else can I get support?
