could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscrip

Hi all, i just made a new account and is not my first time. I did as usuale but i cannot finish the setup as the setup process keep saying as in the title "could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page." where i checked just in case but as new user do not have any expense and even at moment we are using a free service.

Oh, how nice. @Cloudflare (Server Owner) ignores customers. No answer since 15th Dec. I have the same problem. CF Help center ignores me
