Budget is prolly anywhere between $100-200 tbh, don’t really wanna go any higher as I’m just buying these to experiment with, might not even become regular rotation
I like sugar cane and tcb , if the fits work for you. Bought from Japan can be in that price

Japan Blue is another good option in that price range
Depends what exactly you mean by decent, but I'm interpreting this as some kind of selvedge. I'd look at Brave Star; good price, lots of fits, and very detailed measurements.
