I got the viper v3 pro and I'm loving it but it's over 100
Logitech g305 is around $80
And if you want to go even lower then there are attack shark mouses, just check for reviews online before you get em

u can go get atk f1 extreme or something else if you want a wireless version

theres way more mice thats better than the g305

you mostly want to look for a high quality one and good shape for your hands
but then you want to look at stuff like polling rate weight and software
