Dupe or Fake Burberry Scarf
Came across this listing on Ebay. No Burberry tags but claims to be 100% Cashmere made in Scotland. As far as I know Johnston of Elgin was the only Scottish maker of legit burberry scarves. I don't think there's anyway that this is a legit Burberry but I'm wondering how likely it is to be real Scottish Cashmere. Feels weird for a fake to copy that part but not to throw on a fake Burberry logo too.

Johnstons of Elgin wasn’t the only maker of Burberrys scarfs; Crombie of Aberdeen also made scarfs for the brand and some other english maker, too.
That's not Burberry check but it is very close to it, but I'm not sure I would trust it.
Burberry check is this.

Ah thank you. I thought it looked a bit "off" but couldn't identify why
I did a Google lens search and it looks like there's a ton of stuff in this pattern being sold as "cashmere like" on Amazon etc.
I have a lochmere scarf, pretty sure they have a similar one to the burberry check. And it's Scottisch cashmere, lovely scarves.
