Help: Unable to Use Voice Chat in Valorant
Can anyone help? Maybe someone knows the cause?
I can't open voice (listen or speak), and as seen in the screenshot, all voice settings have been set to 'on.' However, the sound indicator in the image still shows an 'X. 🔊❌'
Does anyone know the cause?

System ban on voice only happen if you abuse it, if you say/type anything that you shouldn’t it would get you comm bans
Yes, during the loopback test, a signal appears, but I don’t know why the voice doesn’t work either in the lobby or in-game.

Steps already taken:
- Repaired the Valorant app
- Performed a clean reinstall
- Reinstall windows
- Reinstall audio drivers official
- Tried using a different ISP provider
- Changed multiple DNS settings
Yes, I can hear the loopback of my voice when I speak into the in-game mic.
So, I'm out of options and don't know what to do or why this is happening.

Hmmm... You could try updating your audio drivers, but if all your other audios are working, I am not sure if that will help
It seems to be a bug at the moment tho, you're not the only one with that issue
This happened about two days ago, and everything was fine before. I'm not sure about the audio driver because the issue is already using the latest audio driver, and I've also tried comparing it by downgrading the version. 😦

and the most extreme steps were reinstalling the game and performing a clean Windows installation.
The result was still the same, with no changes.
*Update: I used an external sound card (PCI Express) to compare whether this bug occurs with the onboard audio interface.
And it turns out the result is also the same.

Ahh, glad to hear that! As I suspected, this is an issue with their backend, because in certain situations, the voice websocket cannot connect, sometimes returning a 403 error on their endpoint. :val_KekwSob:
If Riot considers this a user-side issue, that would be a big mistake because it's not just affecting one person.
Moreover, we have already followed the steps they suggested and tried various methods (even though the results were futile).
Hopefully, this bug gets resolved soon, and if an emergency update is needed, that's fine too xD.

i have this bug since summer i think
literally tried everything u did, and more, made 2 tickets to riot, said the same thing 1 month ago, that they are investigating this big issue, nothing fixed, literally changed my whole pc, internet provider and it still doesnt work. On other accounts it works perfectly fine, tried 4 different accounts, 3 of my friends accs, and one brand new it works. It is an account problem..

Nope, still dont know how to fix it. It has something to do with ports not getting through. But my parents wont give me the router inlog. So i cant do shit about it as far as i know.
