Valorant taking a long time to load the main menu, The Range, and matches like Deathmatch, Unranked,

On 12/10/2024, we had the 9.11 patch update, and since then, it's been impossible to play. On 12/11/2024, I played a match with a friend. In the third round, my game simply froze and showed the 'Network Issue' message. After a few minutes, I tried restarting the game, my PC, and even my router, but I couldn't join the match again, and I lost points because of it. But that's fine. The real issue is that since that day, everything in my game has been EXTREMELY SLOW. It takes forever to load, and when it does, I get 5-second freezes when I open the menus for game modes, store, friends list, and match history. Even pulling a simple The Range or Deathmatch takes a long time to load (I'm trying to load one right now and I've been waiting for 7 MINUTES, which shouldn’t be happening considering I have a Ryzen 5 5600X, GTX 1650 Super, and a 400MB/s internet connection. This is my fourth test trying to load Deathmatch. Two didn’t load, one loaded after 5 minutes, and the current one still hasn’t loaded, and I don’t think it will). Honestly, I believe the problem lies with the servers connecting to my machine, as this started happening after the 9.11 patch update, and my other friend is experiencing the same thing. Please help me resolve this.
