Suspicious space consumption or volume disk not mounted

I provisioned a pod with 240GB volume disk, but that 240GB space is nowhere to be found.

I thought volume disks are mounted as a part of /workspace, but I'm writing a bunch of files there and the amount of free space reported by the pod goes down almost by the second, and it's happening way too fast. Like my generated data takes 8gb in total but the volume disk utilization reports it's almost 50% taken. Anyone knows what the hell is happening? 😄

press edit pod And try to see there where is it mounted You can customize where you mount it, make sure to check it

It's mounted at the default location, so /workspace.

Try to see if there's other file or folder in your network storage

Is it giving you full storage warning?

yes well not at this point, but the moment I go to ~20gb my jupyter notebook crashes with an error saying there's no disk space left I'm saying ~20gb because it happened to me once I didn't measure the exact size of the folder I keep my data in but now I see it's only ~8gb and runpod ui reports almost 50% disk utilization, so I figured that I already know where it is going and just stopped the script
