hello, youβll have to enable memory integrity in windows defender
to enable it, open windows defender and follow this path :
Device security > Core isolation details > Memory integrity

this is what appears to me when i follow your path

but basically you have to download autoruns in order to remove the
aow_drv_x64_ev.sys

Whenever i open it the hvci is gone but it give me the secure boot verification failure
