Why did I lose rr when my team won I was second to last but I’ve lost before and still gained rr

No not once
Although when we started the game it took me forever to just load in the game like I was stuck in the starting menu while my party was already in agent select
Yea it just happened again this time there was no problem I’ve played two games neither of them are showing up on my match history and each time it said I lost 13 rr this most recent game I was positive
