Do I need to know CSS and html for patreon courses?
Hi! I’m a Webflow developer with a background in design. All I know is thanks to using webflow for 5 years, so now I have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, however, I usually avoid custom code or make smal tweaks thanks to chatgpt. but I’d like to learn JavaScript to enhance my projects. I’m really interested in the course available on Patreon about learning JavaScript in Webflow, and I’m especially excited about the upcoming GSAP courses!
Will my basic understanding of HTML and CSS be helpful for the course? Is it required, or should I not be too concerned about it?

HI @edan yes it will help. The Javascript and the creative coding courses are deefinitely challenging so it helps to have as much background as possible!
I opted to make the courses a little bit more difficult because I do believe that ChatGPT has really made learning basic stuff like primitives and syntax a lot easier! You can always copy/paste my code in to your AI of choice for a more detailed explanation if that helps.
The lessons in the creative coding course are designed to help you leverage AI in larger projects! In fact I used chatGPT to help me with the hero animation in that one
