Hello can I get some help? I started valorant on xbox and it's on black screen saying b for back when I click b it goes on another black screen

i don't know anything about console
apparently the issue might come from your riot account
try making another one on your phone, unlinking the one on your xbox then logging into the account you've created
if this didn't work, you can try contacting valorant's support for better solution than the one i've provided to you : https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us
