Odd mouse stutter after playing anything for some time

I'm having weird stuttering after playing for about an hour. I don't know what causes it but it only began recently (sometime within the two weeks). My games run perfectly fine until, something happens, then i get significant frame lag when moving the mouse. I have no idea what causes this or how to debug it. I've had it happen in Morrowind, New Vegas, and War Thunder, which have been the only games I've played since it's started. Restarting the game seems to reset the "timer", allowing me to play normally until it starts again. I believe I'm on the latest build of Bazzite. Let me know if any more information is needed. Specs: Bazzite:stable Ryzen 7 7800X3D RX 5700XT

I had a similar issue with a Ryzen 7700 which I fixed by disabling the integrated GPU in BIOS

thanks for the help fellow penguin, unfortunately the problem still persists even after disabling the iGPU. I also tried "game mode" and that also doesn't help.
