Sharing Proxy Safely

Hey Hey! Was wondering if there was a way for users to connect their server to my proxy without exposing my server at all? Similar to how Minehut does it? Not sure if there’s a nice tutorial online for this that won’t cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks!

So you're trying to build one proxy setup that connects random servers owned by someone else?

Essentially yes

And you don't want to reveal the IP of your proxy?

I run an event server and server owners can pay me to maket for them. I want them to be able to connect their servers to my event server without exposing my server to attatcks from them

I mean.... could people use it to harm my server?

Would be weird for them to do that tbh, they're paying you to market for them Counterproductive to DDoS you

Yes but not if they think them marketing was bad this is Minecraft, you never know when a 15 year will come around that wants to harm my server

No They will need your velocity secret key otherwise the server can’t connect to your velocity instance And your port will have to be exposed And IP I mean DDoS protection is a must. That’s definitely going to be important if youre trying to make a mini minehut

They have a very complex infrastructure with hivelocity Likely using kubernetes Honestly You’re cooked trying to do anything like them So don’t
