Wine is non-functional
I have yet to get WINE to run any exe based program. I have tried a couple games, Fusion 360, and Vortex Mod Manager.
Wine accepts the .exe, but clicking run does nothing. The button changes from "Run" to "Stop" and back to "Run" without anything else happening.

afaik the recommendation is to not use wine directly, you are supposed to use program like lutris (for game) or winezgui (for other apps), bottles is also an option but isnt recommended because bad prefix practice
Or you can use winezgui for simple one time run stuff like a patcher
But if something needs a dependency that that doesn't have your best option is lutris
I figured lutris was only for non-steam games. Though having tried it with Fusion360, and Vortex now, it fails to run both.
