Why did you include the secret in the repo?
I think you have to replace
noyandocker/todowithcouchbase:latest by docker.io/noyandocker/todowithcouchbase:latest or similar@dan1st
Here is the docker image location : https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/noyandocker/todowithcouchbase/general
