How do I go back from "Check your inbox"?

Some users reported they wanted to go back from this screen because they realised they wanted to use another email. We have this app in webview, so "go back" arrow is not an option. Is there an option to somehow display an "arrow back" on the screen somewhere? If not, we will need to hack this somehow, as many users were reporting this. Is there a native Kinde solution, please?

Hi @Michal Kučera, Thanks for reaching out. could you please confirm which Kinde SDK you're using in your app ? This will help us determine if there’s an existing solution or any customization options for displaying a "back" button or navigating back from the "Check your inbox" screen. Thankyou

Hi @Michal Kučera , There is a feature available, controlled by a feature flag, that displays an "X" icon on the authentication page. When clicked, this allows users to return to the home page URI. Please let me know if you’d like me to enable this for your Kinde business so you can try it out.

Hi @Michal Kučera, Thank you for sharing your business domain. Our team will activate this feature for your account, as it is controlled by a feature flag. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s been enabled. Hi @disamdev, Thank you for your interest in this feature. At the moment, it is available by request and is not enabled by default. If you’d like to request it for your account, feel free to share your business domain, and we’d be happy to assist you. Hi @Michal Kučera , I’m happy to inform you that our team has already enabled the feature for your Kinde business domain, spect0da.kinde.com. You should now be able to see the "X" icon on the authentication page, allowing users to return to the home page URI. Feel free to try it out, and let us know how it goes.

Hi @Michal Kučera, Please go to the application details page in your Kinde dashboard. - Look for the setting that controls the display of the close button "Show exit button". - Enable this option, as shown in the image below. - Once enabled, the "X" icon should appear on the authentication page. Feel free to give it a try, and let us know if you encounter any issues.

Hi @Michal Kučera You can specify the URL by setting the Home Page URI in your application's details on the Kinde dashboard. This will determine where the user is redirected when they click the close button. Let me know if you need more help
