ugh i need help yall PLEASEEE

so recently i upgraded to windows 11 and now i want to downgrade to windows 10 and when i did that my screen has been stuck on “restoring your previous version of windows” i’ve tried going to Bios settings and restoring my stuff to default and still nothing
