This mostly works OK but when we export it, it doesn't parse the links and we get the original markup. Is there anything we can do about this?

Where are you using this syntax? Is it part of a note tile in liveboard?
it's a formula on a worksheet being used in a liveboard
Are you exporting from ThoughtSpot UI or through an API? If through an API do you see any difference between the two exports?
