My pc crashed crashed while playing competitive and after finishing it i got a week ban anyhow i can resolve it

nah they dont care at all for bans they never get resolved, most useless team when dealing with in game reports/penalty appeals

since yesterday my internet crashed today errorcode the day before that also internet stroke...
