Network Issues

I have no idea if this is Valorant related. I'm having incredible small but noticeable and unplayable ping spikes. I pinged google and I've gotten these results.. if anyone would be able to help me out please. I've tried > adding vanguard, riot client, and valorant to the firewall expections. turning off wifi searching. killing all processes that could interfere.
