Framework laptop becomes super slow out of nowhere

Hello! Randomly, my laptop (Framework 13 AMD with 2880x1920 120Hz monitor) becomes all slow, and I don't know neither why nor how. This has happened like ten times over the past weeks, and I would like to understand how to solve this without having to simply reboot the PC (yes, rebooting puts the laptop back to normal). RAM is not filled, CPU/GPU usage is below 50%, apps are closed, Power Profile is not set to Power Save... even TTY is affected. The slowness persisted after closing it, and closing as many apps as I could. Restarting Plasma didn't do anything. I have multiple computers (desktop, laptops) with Bazzite on them, with similar apps, usage, specs, and they never suffered from this issue. Feel free to ask me any questions.
