Loose mouse tracking

Sometimes when I flick too fast with my mouse, my crosshair don't follow my movement (I think it comes from my mousepad cz it costed me 10$) any idea of how to fix that problem or where is the problem ?

It is not related to dpi it is related to polling rate. What is your mouses polling rate?
