Network Protocol Error
for some reason whenever me (LogyBanana) or (Exp_YT) joins the server and gets anything done team wise, it kicks everyone on the server. Now originally we thought it might of been an issue with Pufferfish 1.21.3 but we switched to paper and the same thing happened.
Can anyone help? (or has anyone had the same issue?)
I'll also add, nothing appears in console except for leave messages.

Please check your server log for errors from your plugins.
If you need further help understanding the errors, please send us the whole log file.
Where can I find the server log?
Logs are stored in
<server_directory>/logs/. Search for a file explorer in your server's management interface and navigate to that directory. Once you've opened that up, search for the latest.log file. Some providers have a separate page for logs and may hide the "logs" folder.
On Aternos:
• Go to https://aternos.org/log/.
On Minehut and server.pro:
• Go to the "files" tab in the left menu.
• Navigate to the root directory of your server.
• From there navigate to /logs/latest.log.
What should I do with the log?
• First of all, read it! I mean, that's what you do all the time when you run a server, isn't it? Try to locate any errors that have anything to do with the issue you are facing.
• If you got the latest.log file or created a .txt file with the necessary errors you can upload these directly to the channel, but we prefer if you upload them to https://mclo.gs/.
• If you have trouble downloading the log file, copy/paste the text to a paste service (like mclogs). Copy the link that it gives you and send it to us. (Don't worry, McLogs hides your users' IPs.)Admincraft Canned Responses

Send both the server and client logs please. :)
There might be something like a plugin version with a known problem.
if you look nearer to the end of the logs you will find resource pack errors and stuff

Whatever you're doing/have to handle the teams is causing this
we thought this and we went though all of our skripts and stuff, no where is it removing from teams on join or twice

we use the vanilla team system

Vanilla teams can be finicky
Would recommend BetterTeams with vanilla teams disabled in the config

we rely on the vanilla teams for stuff so not really gonna do that
+ It takes a long time to recode for a non-vanilla system. Especially since alot of the systems we use rely on vanilla teams
It only happens to 2 people as of now, the rest of us it doesn't happen to.

Well vanilla teams is causing this. We don’t know enough about how you’re handling teams. Sounds like whatever datapack or plugin you use is scuffed
Is there a team called 17spec on the server made?
The plugin causing the issue is NameTagEdit, you'd want to swap it out for something else or custom code something to replicate it.

yes there is, however its not whats casuing the issue
its not to do with the team
with to do with leaving and joining teams
i would have recommended to use smth like athena, but it looks like team addition/removal just doesnt have an event
