originally he had this error but fixed it by downloading the necessary stuff
his problem seems to be he is unable to enter the BIOS
he’s getting secure boot popup and he can’t enable it in bios as he gets a black screen :
* he bought an hdmi cable still a black screen
* turned off fast startup
* grubbed bios but managed to break his hdmi cable from the port when trying to do further modifications
That was just cuz he reset the windows and had to reinstall directx. (He reinstalled windows to fix the bios issue in the first place)
so he just did random stuff trying to fix his bios

The only thing i can make out of this is that its giving the restrictions to the people who have tpm 1.2. As they come activated in lenovo,dell and hp pcs and laptops and they are like the only pcs i see the secure boot restriction with, that don't support 2.0

I always see people confused when they get the restriction on win10 (even high end pcs)
If your PC has TPM 2.0 and we find the player "suspecting" we will send the restrictions to them to enable the features
