Hello I was banned from ranking for 7 days because I left a game without knowing it, is there a way to get me out please

did you leave the game intentionally or was it unintentional (network issues, crashes)
Yes the first time it wasn't intentional and the second time my PC bugged a lot I had a crash and I had to turn it off because I couldn't play anymore
You can submit a valorant support ticket and provide riot logs with an explanation of why you went afk/left the match along with screenshots if you have any. The ban can get removed if u ask (one time exception)
I did it b4 as well so it works

The link is provided above. To get the logs you have to install the riot repair tool, run it as administrator and select valorant
Then when you finish filling in your ticket at the bottom you can attach the files (desktop -> riot logs -> select the zip files)
