Starting from the top of the screen on main store page (Great on Deck)
I will start scrolling down (DPAD)
upon the genre, press down skips all the Popular Titles cards and focuses 'Show More'
after the banner below that, pressing down on d pad teleports me back to top of store page, skipping the game lists.

I don't think that is something Bazzite can fix, that's a problem that Valve needs to fix in steam. If you want to navigate that screen, try pressing and holding the armory crate button, this will change the ally right joy stick to work in mouse mode (X and Y is scroll up and down). Just remember to press and hold it again to switch back to controller mode
