I'm trying to follow thse instructions but I don't think it's working, no cloudfront distribution...

Nevermind there is an issue in the doc, instead of Edit "lambda/cdk-stack.ts" it should be "lib/my-app-stack.ts"
Can you share the link and mark this as solved?
