Tacti-force buddies?
I see that they have three different stages and it seems that once I get my first kill then I unlock the second stage for that round.
Do I need to do something special to unlock the third stage or is it just a bit rare to randomly appear? (When energy flows out as if they were Super Saiyan or something.)
