No cuff vs three cuff chinos
no cuff makes it looks very baggy. I cuffed it three times to alleviate the length. how does it look?

Length looks great with the cuff. Are you planning to get them hemmed?
I'm planning to but I got these shipped overseas, I'll look around and see a good place where I can.
I should really pay attention how long the inseams are 😅 with jeans I can make them work, first time having chinos really long.
I can also just cuff them each time like this, not sure if it will affect the lifespan
how do you do yours usually?
If it's jeans I don't mind doing a chunky cuff like you have, but with lighter material like chinos I'd personally prefer the cuff to have a little less weight to it
same, they look cleaner that way.
In the meantime I'm aiming to get this look, did my cuffing capture it somehow?

I'd say so for sure
Awesome, thanks @Soup
btw I was looking into the server for people who might have mentioned Storm Rider, I saw you owned one, which model was it btw?
is it this one by any chance

That's the exact one haha, sadly sold out in most sizes now.
There are quite a few alternatives though. Studio D'Artisan, The Real McCoys, Lee Japan that I can remember just now
@Soup what size did you end up getting? also what's your natural waist 😅
I own a 50s jacket in a size 40 and its a really good fit.
trying to narrow down how these will fit me as I heard the tcb one run small.
My TCB storm rider is a size 48 which I think fits great but I could've sized up to a 50 if I wanted to wear thicker layers under it
This is their 20s jacket and is also a size 48

I can layer a wool sweater or a hoodie under the 20s comfortably whereas it would be quite snug on the storm rider because of the wool lining
I see, thanks for sharing! I guess I'm a 40 as well on the Storm Rider. that 20s jacket looks very good! do you own other TCB jackets?
Just those two. I do have one of the dude ranch western shirts though
Looks good, I’d hem it a bit so the cuff isn’t as chunky but I think they look great on you.
thanks! appreciate it.
There are a bunch of actual vintage storm riders on Yahoo Auctions too if you scroll through From Japan. There’s a really cool Sugar Cane model from the 90s but those are rare finds now
Also are these the Buzz 1942 chinos? I usually cuff mine but it’s only a single cuff from the factory hem point. I would hem if I had to do a double cuff because I don’t like how the weight of a double cuff makes them drape
thanks, I'll head on over there and see what they have. these are the original spec chinos
the 1942 should be a different one.
