Steam gaming mode 60 fps only?

Hi 🙂 I'm running bazzite-deck since yesterday and I do have the problem that when in gaming mode the QAM fps slider only goes to a maximum of 60 fps. I do have a 165Hz display. I have no problems in KDE, this is only in gaming mode. Thanks in advance for your help!

Solution:

Finally found the solution. No .conf files where necessary. I just had to enable developer options and then had to activate "Allow external display refresh control"...

I've tried it with

CUSTOM_REFRESH_RATES=30,40,60,75,100,120,144

export STEAM_DISPLAY_REFRESH_LIMITS=30,40,60,75,100,120,144

in my ~/.config/environment.d/10-gamescope-session.conf but the slider stays at a max of 60 fps 😦 Variables were taken from https://github.com/ChimeraOS/gamescope-session/blob/main/README.md Anyone got an idea?
