Renaming Boot Menu Entries?
Simplifying Menu Entries To make the menu entries clearer and more concise, I want to adjust the titles. For example, instead of displaying 'Bazzite 41 (FROM Fedora Kinoite) (ostree:0)', it will only show 'Bazzite 41' 🙂

Looking at the /etc/grub.d files, it looks like the /etc/grub.d/10_linux is responsible for setting the grub entry names and it's reading the variable PRETTY_NAME from /etc/os-release. So in theory you could update PRETTY_NAME in /etc/os-release and regenerate grub. Not sure if editing that will break your system or have negative consiquences though, might be worth trying in a virtual machine first or check with a Bazzite maintainer first.
That wont set rid of the (OSTREE: x) entry but removing that would not be a good idea as then you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between your current image and your previously installed image.
