i got flagged cheater for no reason lmao

i just reached silevr 1 and i was in a competitve match when my game gave me "valorant has encountered an error" msg and crashed about 2 times. the third time it happened, my teammates screamed cheater detected and it said that i was suspended for using "third party applications and gaining unfair advantages" like lmao, if i was cheating would i have dropped like 10 kills or less than that ?? and then in the launcher it said i got a 1 minute account suspension, but i didnt do anything lmao. im just scared rn if i might end up with more and get my account banned, can anyone pls explain about this to me and why this happened and possible causes, the only other program i was running at that time was windows explorer and nothing else.
