I don't know much about the circuit, but I suspect if you hooked everything up correctly it will work. That being said, a few gut feelings on this: 1 - I wonder how having different trace widths will affect things, such as in and out of C8. 2 - I believe you're supposed to put the crystal as close as possible to the chip. You also may be able to find a physically smaller crystal if this matters to you. 3 - Maybe fill the top with a ground plane along with the bottom? 4 - If you do that, you could consider using vias to stitch both planes together in multiple points. 5 - Consider adding an onboard LED for easier troubleshooting etc. 6 - When you order, consider getting a stencil or even having the board house assemble it. Yet to get the board back, but just put in a PCBA order with JLCPCB and it was surprisingly economical, though I left the through-hole components off. Again, those are my gut feelings on the board. Take them for what they are worth!

Interesting comment on video I put out a while ago about an arcade button MIDI controller: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzuLe1t8wpw Not sure how serious the person is, but was interested in actually buying it. As seen in the video, I put around a day of work into it, and there is maybe $75 in parts in the device. I basically said to make me an offer, but how would you handle this? Obviously I don't want to under-value myself, but I'd kind of like to make an upgraded version and it may just end up around my garage anyway. Thoughts?

Hi,thanks for the insights 1. For the led, this is a great idea. 2.trace width difference, the set width can't connect to the chip direct due to chip pin clearances.I actually thought a out it but this is simple device and not a high frequency device,so I ignored that 😅 3. I will definitely add more vias and consider the ground plane on F.C. 4. For the crystal, I have 2,size feels okay though, but wanted to have the 32.768khz for accurate timing.
