black bars
I play on my native resolution on fullscreen and i have black bars.
I don't know how to remove it. I was seaching but did not found anything.

if it's superwide, you can't remove them ; /

you can't really remove them
there is a workaround i can show you
but the game is zoomed

But idk how ive found true scretched method you take windowed fill and take 1920x1200
And it Will be fulscreen true scretched

eh I know how to do it only on nvidia gpus ;d
but yeah the stretching is with bordless mode
and changing the scaling of your monitor in and out of the game

you can't remove the bars and have it defaulted
But its bad beacause i dont wt to play on scretched

those are the only two options
but as you can see the fov on the whole screen is zoomed and its not comfortable to play
we are doomed to play with black bars : /
almost every other game supports it tho so

The nvidia way is to go into the control panel
You can try from the amd scaling tab

put the resolution in 1920x1080

Select the new monitor resolution > Login into Valorant > Select 1920x1080 on Fullscreen mode > Select Windowded Fullscreen + Fill > apply > Alt tab to the control panel of the scaling and select back the native 3440x1440

years ago some cs pros used black bars to hve better focus
because the image is smaller and your eyes are stuck in less space
It's just bad in terms of aesthetics and fun
If you want to tryhard ranked, black bars are ok
And like are you Accustomed of that
